  • Shipping and Returns

    All boards, except ready to ship boards, will take 4-6 weeks. Larger projects will take 6-12 weeks.

    Return Policy

    I don't give refunds once an item is purchased.

    I also do not give refunds if order is going a little long on production. Since all boards are custom made to order, I do not refund once the order is placed. If the board is damaged in transit I will happily fix the board and provide a label for my customers to ship back.

  • Cutting Boards Caring Instructions

    Put a coat of food grade mineral oil on every 2-3 weeks for normal use.

    **If your use is heavier add a coat once a week**

    Following the mineral oil, add either Howards Board conditioner or Boos Board Cream to lock in the moisture.

    DON'T PUT IN THE DISHWASHER!!!!!!

  • Food Safe Trays

    All Trays are finished with a food safe finish so feel free to use them as serving trays as well. To clean them hand wash with soap and water and dry off. Do not put them in the dishwasher or they will likely be ruined!

  • Brass Hitter Care

    If tarnished, use soap and an abrasive sponge to quickly get the pipe shiny and new again!
